Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday to Friday for shipping at the end of the day, excluding statutory holidays observed by Canada Post (Canada Post Holiday Schedule).

- Free Shipping across Canada for orders $129+ (after discounts, before taxes)

* It is our goal to process/ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt. During periods of high order volume (during sales, special events, and the like) it may take up to 3 business days for orders to be processed/shipped.

Proof of Age Required
The Tobacco and Vaping Products Act requires that all vaping products being shipped require government issued photo ID to prove age of the recipient on delivery to ensure that no vaping products are delivered to minors. We fully comply with all laws/regulations and ALL orders are shipped requiring age verification on delivery without exception!

If there is no adult with acceptable ID available when delivery is attempted, a card will be left indicating where and when your package will be available for pickup and you will have to present acceptable ID and sign for your package to receive it.


Undeliverable/Returned Packages
Packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to produce acceptable ID, or failure to pick up a package after delivery was attempted will be returned to us and incur additional shipping costs. We recognize mistakes happen, of course, so in these cases these packages may be re-shipped one time to the same person for an additional shipping charge (including for packages that were originally shipped free). Please note that there is NO REFUND available for an order that you choose not to re-ship (see our Returns/Refunds Policy). Of course, there is no charge for re-shipping a package due to an error on our part!
